Education

  1. Bachelor of Computer Science

    @Georgia Tech

    8/2017-12/2020 | Atlanta, GA

    I attended the Georgia Institute of Technology with a concentration in Information Internetworks and Intelligence. While in college, I cultivated my knowledge of databases, networking, data structures, and algorithms. These fundamental building blocks inspired me to investigate various facets of software development, and eventually led to my passion for full-stack web development. My ambition to learn and work ethic allowed me to graduate with an overall GPA of 3.79, earning highest honors.

Experience

  1. Full Stack Developer

    @Voxel Industries

    5/2021-Present | Vienna, VA

    Currently, I contract with Voxel Industries Inc. in a remote work environment with a small team where individual success, self-motivation, and effective communication are required to succeed. I work on multiple client applications where I investigate, implement new features, fix bugs, and update legacy code. I quickly learn new skills, techniques, and projects to accommodate client deadlines, budgets, and feature requests. At various times, I have been the sole developer on several applications, which requires me to be comfortable with modifying all aspects of the codebase, including the database, frontend, backend, and runtime environment. Overall, this experience has been very beneficial to my understanding of every aspect of web development.

  2. Android Intern

    @Possible Mobile

    8/2019-5/2019 | Atlanta, GA

    I interned as an Android developer for the PGA Tour application, where I implemented new features, tests, bug fixes, and layouts in an MVVM structured code base. The work environment was fast-paced, team-oriented, and followed the agile lifecycle. During my time here, I utilized Android best practices, including live data, data binding, and Kotlin. Also, I engaged in group discussions about mobile development and upcoming features for the Android operating system. I was rehired summer of 2020. Unfortunately, the intern program was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
